Connected Health is partnering with a well-established skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Wall Lake, Iowa, to hire compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 13-week travel contract.

Position Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Location: Wall Lake, IA
- Setting: Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care
- Shifts Available: Evening and Night shifts
- Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow care plans and facility protocols
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification (Iowa or compact state preferred)
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and professional
