In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients during the overnight hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The NOC CNA position is vital in monitoring patients and assisting with their needs while working collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams. NOC shift is from 10:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, and toileting.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
Ensure patient safety during overnight hours and respond to call lights and patient requests timely.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment consistent with infection control policies.
Document patient care activities accurately and communicate pertinent information during shift handovers.
Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.
