Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at AdviniaCare Newton-Wellesley, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will assist staff members with and contribute to the implementation of total resident care, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vitals and patient behavior, reporting findings to the nursing and medical staff, and assisting patients with mobility needs, bathing, and personal care.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with strong communication skills, detail-oriented, patient, compassionate, and empathetic

• Good collaboration and teamwork skills

• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations

• Comfortable working with elderly patients and those with special needs

• Be at least 16 years old

• Up-to-date immunization records

• Pass a criminal background check

• Pass the State Exam and register as a Certified Nurse Aide
