CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Assist with transfers and repositioning
• Take and record vital signs as required
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment
• Follow facility policies, care plans, and infection-control procedures
• Document care accurately and appropriately
• Provide respectful and compassionate care to residents

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota CNA certification
• Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Ability to meet applicable onboarding and facility requirements
