Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with feeding and meal support as needed.
Measure and document vital signs.
Safely transfer and reposition residents.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity.
Follow facility policies and safety procedures.
Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and healthcare staff to provide quality care.
Requirements:
Active Minnesota CNA certification.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents throughout shifts.
Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
