The Position We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Extended Care team. This role is essential to providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Employment Details

  • Status: Full-Time (72 hours per two-week pay period) and Part-Time (60 hours per two-week pay period) options available.
  • Incentives: Sign-on bonus available for Full-Time positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide resident care based on person-centered choices and established healthcare procedures.
  • Perform clinical skills and tasks according to training and certification standards.
  • Maintain resident equipment and assistive devices.
  • Perform routine department operations, including cleaning, treatment set-up, billing, and scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certification: Current Montana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
  • Basic Life Support: Current CPR Certification.
  • Skills: Strong commitment to service and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
