About the Team
Our medical department is dedicated to helping our clients improve their lives through a coordinated approach to care involving clients, their caregivers, their clinical staff, and primary care providers. We are proud to be part of a state-wide community of people who share our values, and part of a company that supports us so we can support our clients! The Certified Nursing Assistants work as members of the medical/nursing team to provide care to a mentally ill population.

Position is based in Fairbanks, Alaska
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $21.50 - $27.50 depending on experience. Eligible for up to $7,200 in incentive with the average being $2,600
$2,500 Signing Bonus (with a one-year employment commitment)
$1,250 paid upon hire
$1,250 paid after successful completion of six months of employment
