Certified Nursing Assistant

Grand Lake Villa Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs play a vital role in providing direct, hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
