Matrix Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for home care opportunities in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. This position is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, patient -focused, and comfortable providing one -on -one care in the home setting. <\/div>
The Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide will assist patients with personal care, activities of daily living, mobility support, companionship, and other care needs as assigned. <\/div>

Responsibilities<\/b><\/span> <\/div>
Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. <\/div>
Assist with activities of daily living. <\/div>
Provide companionship and emotional support. <\/div>
Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed. <\/div>
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to patient care. <\/div>
Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the clinical team. <\/div>
Follow the patient’s care plan and company policies. <\/div>
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients. <\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate. <\/div>
Previous home care or home health experience preferred. <\/div>
Must be reliable, professional, compassionate, and patient -focused. <\/div>
Must be comfortable working independently in the home setting. <\/div>
Strong communication skills required. <\/div>
Must be able to pass all required background screening and onboarding requirements. <\/div>
