Join our Home Health Team in Wabasha, MN.

What you will get:

• Base pay of $19.00 / hour + more for CNA experience!

• Mileage reimbursement for home care travel.

What's Available:

• 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)

• Available to regularly work scheduled hours; must be available for off-shift, weekend & holiday coverage.

What you will do:

• Travel in 30-mile radius to patient homes to assist with basic care for residents in the areas of nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility and safety

• Works collaboratively with the health care team members to effectively communicate and document accurate information.

• Join a team that cares for each other as much as our organization cares for the patients and residents receiving care at St. Elizabeth's

What you need:

• Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota

• Active driver's license

• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
