    Looking for a day shift where you're more than just a number? Our Acute Care Unit team is known for its compassionate leadership, low turnover, and strong sense of camaraderie. We care for patients with a wide range of acute medical needs, giving you the chance to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment. With leaders who are present and deeply invested in your success, this is a night shift that offers stability, impact, and community.

    • Schedule: 8am-630pm Monday-Friday
    • Department: Acute Care Unit
    • Location: Brunswick Medical Center- BMC

    What You'll Do

    It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.     What We're Looking For

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

    • Experience:

    • One year preferred.

    • One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

    • Licensure/Certification:

    • Completion of NAI program, required.

    • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

    • Medication Safety - AME, required.

    • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

    • Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
