Job Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Take and record vital signs
Provide compassionate, patientcentered care
Assist nurses with basic patient needs
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Requirements
Active Virginia CNA certification (required)
Ability to pass background check and health screening
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and professional attitude
Prior longterm care experience preferred, but not required
