Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in geriatric care setting, nursing home or other related health care facility preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have the ability to observe and notice resident needs and to follow set rules and protocol and take direction
- Must enjoy working with older people, have a caring attitude and sincere interest in others; alert to attitudes and feelings of residents
- Computer literacy a must
