What Youll Do Provide Hands-On Care: Support patients with daily living activities (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Be the Eyes and Ears: Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions, immediately reporting crucial changes to your team. Assist with Clinical Procedures: Partner with Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform hands-on clinical tasks and procedures. Own the Details: Document patient interactions accurately in medical records to ensure seamless continuity of care. Collaborate Daily: Work under the guidance of our Nurse Manager, Director, and RNs to deliver age-specific, personalized care. Certification/Licensure: Requires licensure through the AZ Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Requires BLS cardobtained through an approvedAmerican Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities: Bilingual is preferred.
