What Youll Do Provide Hands-On Care: Support patients with daily living activities (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Be the Eyes and Ears: Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions, immediately reporting crucial changes to your team. Assist with Clinical Procedures: Partner with Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform hands-on clinical tasks and procedures. Own the Details: Document patient interactions accurately in medical records to ensure seamless continuity of care. Collaborate Daily: Work under the guidance of our Nurse Manager, Director, and RNs to deliver age-specific, personalized care. Hourly Pay Rate: $16.87 - $24.88 Qualifications Education: Prefera high school diploma or GED. Experience: Prefers at least one (1) year of relevant nursing assistant or healthcare-related experience. Specialized Training: Must successfully complete approvedValleywise Healthcomputer classes. Certification/Licensure: Requires licensure through the AZ Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Requires BLS cardobtained through an approvedAmerican Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities: Bilingual is preferred. Must have the ability to work with culturally diverse people. Requires excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
