Assist staff as necessary and according to the level of certification or training achieved.
Receive medical supplies and store them properly. Provide accurate documentation and inventory.
Interpret prescription requests and enter information into log; create labels and Medication Administration Records.
Ensure medical supply cart, trauma bag, the PPE room and the facility first aid kits are fully and accurately stocked at all times.
Submit order forms for medical and office supplies, under supervision of Registered Nurse and Physician.
Assist with maintenance of the Sick Call, Chronic Clinic, and Specialty Logs.
Provide patient care according to nurse or physician instructions and appropriate to level of certification.
Perform 15-minute checks on identified patients and document encounters.
