Certified Nursing Assistant

About the Role:
Elite Sitters Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in Philadelphia, MS. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising staff
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure sores
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Mississippi
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a genuine desire to help others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
