Job Overview

\n

As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you'll play an essential role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You'll work with a variety of clients, including seniors, individuals living with dementia or disabilities, and those recovering from illness or receiving hospice support. Every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

Responsibilities

\n

Your responsibilities may include:

\n

• \n
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• \n
• Providing companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement
• \n
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• \n
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment
• \n
• Grocery shopping and running errands
• \n
• Providing medication reminders
• \n
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition to the office or supervising nurse
• \n
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs when appropriate
• \n
• Assisting with mobility and safe patient transfers, including the use of gait belts and Hoyer lifts when required
• \n
• Supporting clients receiving dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, or long-term care services
• \n
• Maintaining accurate electronic documentation using our smartphone-based scheduling and documentation system
• \n
• Always protecting client privacy and maintaining HIPAA compliance
• \n

Qualifications

\n

We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.

\n

\n

Preferred qualifications include:

\n

• \n
• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), or previous home care experience
• \n
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
• \n
• Experience working with seniors, individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, developmental disabilities, or hospice clients
• \n
• Knowledge of safe patient transfer techniques and home care best practices
• \n
• Reliable transportation
• \n
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• \n
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
• \n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• \n
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional client care
• \n
