Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA). Your compassionate care and clinical skills will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition.
Document patient care activities accurately using electronic health record systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks.
Skills
Strong knowledge of physiology to understand patient needs effectively.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks is preferred.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy is maintained.
Experience in home care, nursing homes, ICU, or hospice care settings is a plus.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is highly desirable.
Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
