Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Richland Center, WI 53581
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Variable Day Shift (8 Hours)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Document patient care using PointClickCare (PCC).
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
- Follow infection control and facility safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide quality resident care.
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin CNA Certification.
- At least 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience is preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
