Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Falmouth, MA 02540
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift:Flex Shift
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Shift Times: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM / 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend: Every Other Weekend
Holidays: Rotating
Pay Rate: $28–$32/hr

Requirements

• Current CNA Certification

• Previous healthcare, nursing home, skilled nursing, or LTC experience preferred

• Ability to work evening and night shifts

• Every other weekend availability

• Rotating holiday availability

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.

• Take and document vital signs.

• Assist with feeding and hydration.

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Assist nursing staff with patient care within CNA scope.

• Maintain accurate documentation.

• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.

• Support residents' emotional and social well-being.
