Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Help with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care activities and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Georgia.
• Experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
