Harbor Ridge Adult Family Home is Hiring – Full-Time Caregiver/CNA

Harbor Ridge AFH in NE Tacoma is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hardworking full-time caregiver to join our small family-oriented team.

\n

We are looking for someone who enjoys caring for seniors and takes pride in providing quality care in a home-like environment.

\n

\n

Starting pay: From $22/hour, depending on experience.

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

• Active WA State CNA/NAC, HCA, or other required caregiver credentials

\n

• Good spoken and written English skills are required

\n

• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents, families, nurses, doctors, and other healthcare providers

\n

• Previous AFH, assisted living, memory care, or caregiving experience preferred

\n

• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

\n

• Must pass all required background checks

\n

\n

Job Duties:

\n

• Assist residents with personal care, dressing, bathing, transfers, meals, and medication assistance

\n

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other daily household tasks

\n

• Complete daily documentation, charting, and simple progress notes accurately and on time

\n

• Follow resident care plans and report changes in residents' condition

\n
