Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality daily care to residents in a long-term care environment
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies
Supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal care and safety
Qualifications
Active CNA certification in the state of West Virginia
Prior experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependability and commitment to quality care
Ability to pass background and drug screening
