Location: Cortland Health and Rehab, Thomas, WV

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time only No PRNS.

Shifts Available: 12 hour shifts, Days or Nights

Rate of Pay: $18.50-$21.15

Sign-On Bonus available to FT and PT Candidates up to $5,000!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on care and personal support to residents

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and resident behavior

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

• Communicate effectively with nurses, staff, and families

Ideal Candidate:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with West Virginia 

• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred)

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Able to manage physical demands and emotionally rewarding work

Sign-on bonus is paid out to full-time and part-time employees, in addition to regular wages, every 90 days, for 1 year.
