About the Role:
Join Divine Guardian LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where you will provide compassionate care to patients in need. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families in Tucker, GA, and we invite you to be part of our supportive team.



Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care and progress in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required.
• Previous experience in hospice or home health care is a plus.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move patients as necessary.
• Current CPR 
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Must currently reside in the Georgia area (no relocation assistance is provided)
