    Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role based in Vero Beach, FL. The CNA will provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition, taking vital signs, and assisting with basic treatments under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA will help maintain a safe, clean environment, support comfort measures, and promote patient independence whenever possible. The role also involves clear communication with patients, families, and the care team, accurate documentation of care provided, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

    Qualifications

    • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida and current CPR certification.
    • \n
    • Skills in assisting with activities of daily living, basic patient care, and safe patient handling and transfer techniques.
    • \n
    • Ability to observe, document, and report changes in patient condition clearly and promptly.
    • \n
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
    • \n
    • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
    • \n
    • Ability to follow care plans, policies, and procedures, including infection prevention and safety standards.
    • \n
    • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in home health, hospice, or long-term care is preferred.
    • \n
    • Ability to work on-site in Vero Beach, FL, with flexibility for varying shifts as patient needs require.
