Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality bedside care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)—including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to maintain comfort and safety.
• Measure and accurately document vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with long-term residents and healthcare staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• CPR/BLS: Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Background: Ability to pass a standard healthcare background check and drug screen.
• Attributes: Reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care.
