The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities and provide essential support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Communicate patient needs and changes to nursing staff
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients
Follow all facility policies and infection control procedures
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous patient care experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
