Certified Nursing Asst. (CNA) Arbor Rose Asst. Living - SIGN ON BONUS

• Assist licensed personnel by providing basic nursing care to an assigned group of residents; follow resident care plans for delivery of resident care and service.
• Practice positive resident relations; respond to resident and family inquiries, concerns or problems.
• Maintain and protect the confidentiality of resident information.
• Exchange resident information with licensed nurses on an ongoing basis.
• Assists the Residents with the Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s), including toileting, dressing, bathing, eating and walking’ as provided in the service plan.

The successful candidate will:

• be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

• possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

• possess the ability to deal with tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

• possess the ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.

• possess ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and must possess respect for confidentiality.

• possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives,

  be able to understand and carry out written and oral instructions

We have several on-line programs currently being used by our staff:

• Matrix is used as our EMR.
• Shifthound is our on-line scheduling program. At the click of a button, you can request time off or request to pick up a shift. You can also send email/text notification to request coverage of an open shift.
• Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace.
