Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based onsite and involves executing treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment strategies aimed at enhancing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills.
- Prioritize safety and promote independence among seniors in assisted living and memory care settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident support.
- Provide education and guidance to residents and their families regarding therapy processes and goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
