Ultimate Therapy is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support rehab services in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve daily function and independence through guided treatment activities.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out care plans established by the supervising therapist
- Lead functional activities focused on self-care, coordination, and daily tasks
- Instruct residents on use of adaptive techniques and equipment
- Encourage participation and engagement during sessions
- Track and report resident progress
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license required (or pending)
- Team-oriented with a compassionate approach
