    Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant | Full Time or Part Time | Skilled Nursing | Southern Oregon

Are you a COTA looking for a role where your skills are genuinely appreciated — and where the compensation and culture actually match your commitment? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-performing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility nestled in the heart of Oregon's beautiful Rogue Valley, and this one is worth a serious look.

This facility has earned outstanding ratings for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, with a therapy team known for its collaborative spirit and strong clinical outcomes. You'll work alongside experienced OTs and a supportive interdisciplinary team in a setting where COTAs are valued partners in patient care — not an afterthought.

    What's on the Table:

    • $36–$42/hour depending on experience

    • Full time OR part time — your preference considered

    • Sign-on and/or retention bonus potential for the right candidate

    • Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees

    • Stable, well-managed organization with strong clinical leadership

    • Low therapist turnover and a team-first culture

    • Incredible quality of life — southern Oregon offers outdoor recreation, affordable living, and a welcoming community

    What We're Looking For:

    • Active COTA license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)

    • SNF or post-acute experience preferred — new grads with the right attitude welcome

    • Strong hands-on treatment and documentation skills

    • Genuine passion for working with the geriatric population

    • Collaborative, positive team player

Southern Oregon is one of the Pacific Northwest's most underrated places to live and work — Rogue River adventures, Crater Lake day trips, mild climate, and a cost of living that lets your paycheck go further. Whether you're planting roots or looking for a flexible opportunity in a beautiful part of the country, this one checks the boxes.
