Join our rehab department at LTC Therapy as a full-time COTA and help residents improve daily function, mobility, and independence.
Key Duties:
- Support OT-led therapy sessions
- Assist with self-care activities and functional exercises
- Document resident progress and treatment responses
- Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff
