Ultimate Therapy is seeking a licensed COTA to assist with occupational therapy programs in a skilled nursing setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on care and working closely with a rehab team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Guide residents through functional tasks and therapeutic activities
- Assist with transfers, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment
- Monitor patient performance and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with therapy staff and nursing to support care goals
