Job Summary and Qualifications In collaboration with the patient, the patient's family, and other members of the health care team the Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is responsible for assisting in the treatment plan to achieve the goals of the patient as outlined by the Occupational Therapist. You serve as a key position of the interdependent team, and hold responsibility for achieving positive patient and department outcomes.
