Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $1450 - $1485 Per Week

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT to help patients restore functional independence.

• Implement therapy interventions per the OT plan of care, document progress accurately, and communicate patient status to the supervising OT.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold an active state COTA license (or be able to obtain one).
