We’re seeking a passionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive rehab environment in Carmichael, California. Requirements:

• Active California COTA license

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Current BLS certification

• Prior experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

• Assist with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs

• Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the care team

• Support patients in improving daily function and quality of life
