Riverview at Autumn Lake is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehab team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with residents as they regain function, confidence, and independence in a supportive rehabilitation environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, mobility, and daily function
- Use therapeutic exercises and adaptive strategies to support resident goals
- Encourage participation and create positive patient experiences during therapy sessions
- Track resident progress and maintain accurate treatment documentation
