AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team full-time at Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, PA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.
- Assist residents in improving independence with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient progress and outcomes.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Pennsylvania COTA License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation success.
