About the role

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides home-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist and the established plan of care.

What you will do

Carry out delegated treatment activities, document visits accurately, communicate patient progress and changes, educate patients and caregivers, and follow Medicare, privacy, infection-control, safety, and agency standards.

Qualifications

Active Nevada occupational therapy assistant credential and current BLS/CPR are required. Home health experience is preferred. Field duties require reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance. Employment is contingent on license verification, background and exclusion screening, competency validation, and required health clearances.
