Location: Oakley, CA Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based) Compensation: $36.00 - $56.00 per hour 

Position OverviewOur client is seeking multiple Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for in-person school-based positions in Oakley, CA. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. 
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills. 
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). 
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success. 
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided. 

Qualifications 

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California. 
• Minimum one (1) year of experience. 
• Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student development. 

Compensation & Benefits
