Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehab is a 5 Star SNF located in Melville, NY. We are very easily accessible as we are located on the service road of the LIE. Overall, we are a very busy short term rehab and long term care units and you will be treating a blend of both patient populations. We have an extremely spacious rehab gym and a rehab team that excels clinically. We pride ourselves in having excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will:
· Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
· Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
· Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
· Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
· Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
· Work well with others in a team setting
· Be flexible with hours.
