    Overview: 

    A Per-Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant, (COTA/OTA), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Falmouth, MA. Once part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local rosters as you would like.

    Royal Falmouth Facility has moved into a new facility at 359 Jones road. This facility is ideal for sub-acute rehabilitation with multiple first floor private rooms and brand new gym space. We-re located in an isolated quiet part of town with ample outdoor space for community reintegration. Our gym was completely remodeled pre COVID. We-re looking for somebody with a passion for sub-acute rehabilitation as we have a very large transitional care caseload.

    Job Requirements:

    • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
    • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
    • Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
    • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
    • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
    • Work well with others in a team setting.

    Good Faith Rate Range: $35.00 - $42.00

    Responsibilities and Qualifications:


    The qualified candidate will:


    ·    Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting

    ·    Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment 

    ·    Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed

    ·    Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation

    ·    Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation

    ·    Work well with others in a team setting

    ·    Be flexible with hours.
