Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

  • Assist residents in improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence

  • Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safety techniques and home programs

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Current California COTA license

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for resident-centered care

  • New graduates and international candidates are encouraged to apply
