Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist residents in improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence
Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safety techniques and home programs
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current California COTA license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for resident-centered care
