Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting in Burr Ridge, Illinois.

Responsibilities
Provide treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Follow treatment plans addressing ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety.
Monitor residents' responses and report changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment.
Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.
Qualifications
Active and current Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
