Falls Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our in-house rehabilitation department. We are currently hiring for Full-Time position.

Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist
Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services
Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications
Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Experience with Net Health is a plus
