Overview: Provides direct and indirect patient care to implement treatment programs under direction of an Occupational Therapist in response to physician referrals and in accordance with a plan of care jointly developed. The scope of practice includes training in the following areas: activities of daily living, functional mobility, upper extremity restoration and splinting, cognitive, and perceptual, family and patient education, psychological (both individual and in group setting). Responsibilities: Qualifications:

• Prefer two years clinical experience within the last three years.
• Previous home health or long-term care experience preferred.

Credentials: Essential:
* COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
* BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
Education:

Essential:
* Associate's degree in related field
