    Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Home Health

    A Day in the Life of a COTA

    As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, carrying out individualized treatment plans based on each client’s plan of care.

    This role includes both pediatric and adult patients in a home health setting. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and coordinate directly with clients to deliver care in their homes.

    COTAs who enjoy hands-on, creative care in a flexible and varied environment will thrive in this role.

    Schedule & Pay

    • PRN / As-needed role
    • Flexible, self-directed scheduling
    • $35–$42 per hour
    • Lubbock, TX

    What We’re Looking For

    • Current, unrestricted Texas COTA license
    • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
    • Current BLS/CPR certification
    • Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
    • Strong communication and ability to work independently
