What You’ll Do

Working under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s plan of care

  • Provide occupational therapy services in patients’ homes

  • Work with both pediatric and adult patients

  • Coordinate visits directly with patients and families

  • Support patients in developing skills that promote independence and quality of life

  • Document patient care and progress accurately and timely

  • Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and care team

This role is well suited for a COTA who enjoys variety, values patient-centered care, and is comfortable working independently in a home health setting.

Schedule & Pay

  • PRN / As-needed

  • Flexible, self-directed scheduling

  • $35–$42 per hour

  • Weekly pay

  • Lubbock, TX

What We’re Looking For

  • Current, unrestricted Texas COTA license

  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
