Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy interventions
Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications
Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but motivated clinicians are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with Net Health is a plus
